If, for any reason, you wish to cancel the order, kindly note the terms hereunder.

Order Cancellation

You may cancell the order before it is shipped. Once the material has been sent, we will not be able to help in the matter

Refunds

Your request for refund should be emailed to nyn@garli.in citing the order number and providing your bank details. We will only be able to refund to your bank account no later than 10 days from date of request for refund.

Conditions for Returns

We are unable to accept any returns of goods sold by us.
Whilst we take every precaution to pack the goods properly, should the goods arrive broken or damaged, please send us an email with the order number and some photographs to support your claim, and we will try to make suitable arrangements for you.

We take every possible precaution to ensure we send you a quality product. In the unlikely case if it is found defective, kindly email or WhatsApp the details to us for suitable redressal.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund at our sole discretion.
